Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

The site compadles.pl is used to build the Padel community in Bydgoszcz and Toruń. We are not an online store. We are a group of enthusiasts organizing trainings and matches. The service is owned by the Los ComPadles brand.

2. Forms and Sign-ups

By filling out the form on the site:

• You express interest in joining a game or training.
• This is not a purchase contract. It's an inquiry.
• Specific dates and payments (splitting court fees) are arranged via email or phone once a group is formed.
• You provide real data – otherwise, we can't find you on the court.

3. Payments and Costs

We do not collect any payments on this website. All settlements for court rentals take place directly at the clubs in Bydgoszcz/Toruń or via friendly cost-splitting (BLIK/Cash) before the game, which we will inform you about in advance.

4. Fair Play

Respect is key. If you use the form to spam, insult others, or sell "miracle pots" – you get a red card and a ban. We are building a positive community.

5. Intellectual Property

The sombrero logo, texts about the "Spanish Vibe", and photos on the site are ours. Don't copy them without asking. If you want to use our logo, write to us – we'll probably agree, but ask first.

6. Contact
